Marital Status: Married
No. of Children: 4 From Katy: It's been 25 years? How could that be so? It seems like yesterday that I graduated from the University of Rhode Island and went to live and work in New York in the finance industry. After a few years, I quit my job and went to Bank Street Graduate School for Education where I earned my Masters. I met my husband, Rob, in New York and just after I graduated we were married and moved to Buffalo where he managed a Radio Station. I taught Kindergarten for a couple of years before giving birth to my daughter, Maggie and son, John, now 13 and 11. We then moved to Charleston, SC with Rob's job, and 2 years later, moved back to Wilton in 1996. We had two more children, Michael and Danny, and the six of us (along with 2 cats, 2 hamsters and a fish) live in the house on Chestnut Hill where I grew up. My parents live right next door, in what was my grandparents house, and it has been really wonderful. I get to stay at home and be mom, and fill it in with some tennis playing here and there. My youngest is going into kindergarten next year, and my oldest is going into 8th grade at Middlebrook! Some of the same old teachers are still there, and old memories always come creeping in at the oddest times. Driving around town, walking the halls of the schools, or just running into someone that I grew up with... there are quite a few of our fellow Wilton graduates living here. I never would have thought back in high school that I'd be living and raising my family in Wilton, but I can't imagine it any other way. George, you've done an amazing job finding everyone and creating this website. Thank you. I'm looking forward to seeing you all in the fall. |

Occupation: Sales
Website: www.checkpointhr.com Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From John: After "dreaming dreams" - to include making it as an actor (and maybe writer), and trying to "pay the price to make them come true" per my senior quote, life continued to happen to me. Did one year of college at Ithaca, studied acting, performed at Cornell all that year. Got an agent, left school, waiting for audition calls while driving my parents crazy for a while. At 23 I stopped wandering aimlessly, thank God. Did spend some time acting, did apprenticeship program at Theatre Artists Workshop of Westport (founded by Keir Dullea, Lee Richardson etc, modelled aftern The Actor's Studio), eventually auditioned and became full member there. Moved to NYC, studied with Uta Hagen, did some film and TV soap work. Then played Ferdinand in Shakespeare's "The Tempest" at The Roundabout Theatre with Frank Langella as Prospero and B.D. Wong as Ariel. Watched most everyone I worked with on that show go on to other things -- as that "Act" of my life ended -- curtain up on best roles of my life now... Husband, father of three. Except for occasional stints as "Tinky Winky" or "Elmo" or "Spiderman" for children's parties or helping someone out with a student film or play-reading, or my work as outside salesman, the performance baton has definitively been passed to my eldest daughter Katrina. We now make home in Edison, NJ. Our downtown is still Metuchen, nice little bohemian town with lots of pretty foliage that reminds me some of Wilton. Katrina Elise will be 8 on St. Patrick's Day, Kyle Brendan will be 5 on (appropriately) "Mischief Night," and Karly Nicole will be 3 on Dec. 17. My wife, Brenda, works part-time as dental consultant and full-time as a great mommy. We enjoy going to LBI (Long Beach Island) just as I did as a little boy up till 2nd grade before we moved to Kansas for 6 years with dad's transfer/promotion. Mom and Dad live in Madeira Beach, FL right on inland waterway, 2 blocks from Gulf, doing great, enjoying their new boat, Mom still gets on tennis court, Dad survived bout with oral cancer last year; Erin, husband, and 2 kids live in Plant City, Fl; Mark lives w/girlfriend and her 2 sons in Sioux Falls, SD; Lauren, husband and twin boys live in Lynnfield, MA; Jennifer, husband, and 3 kids live in North Tampa, FL; David, wife and 3 kids to include twin sons live in Mulberry, FL. Thanks George for doing such an excellent job with this site! It's been nice seeing folks at the recent reunions and catching up on their goings-ons here. Apologies for my ramblings - never known for my brevity in either speech or prose. Hope to catch up some in October. Peace & God bless, "Witt" |
