Occupation: Distribution business
owner Website: www.gohitair.com Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From Sarah: I have such great memories of Wilton and sincerely wish that I could be at the reunion to learn more about everybody's adventures over the past 25 years. It's been fun reading about people, even those I hardly knew in hs, so thanks to George for letting us get e-together. There is still an outside chance that I will be able to make it, but our horse farm, home, and new business keep me busy. Like many, when I finally stopped to think about high school, 25 years has gone by quickly. During high school I thought I was going to be a career-conquering bad-word, but turns out I preferred being a full-time mom in southern maryland. I don't enjoy the cooking or cleaning, and would rather mow the pastures, or go ride, but I do take advantage of spending time with the family. One daughter kept us busy with truck, trailer, and horse as she evented (a horse triathalon sort of) on the east coast. She graduated early last year and is now in VT pursuing her equestrian goals. College for her is on hold while she sows some oats. Our 9th grader son races dirtbikes, which is my white-collar husband's passion (therapy) too. So, in one of the horse pastures, there is a dirtbike track (and lots of dust) so we are not traveling so much just to practice. The guys are often gone each weekend to race. Our youngest daughter (7th grade) turned her gymnastic skills to cheerleading, and she models and plays the viola. The one sport we could all agree on is skiing/snowboarding. We manage to make the time to ski a couple times a year. Over the years, we've met some really neat and extraordinary people and I bet I would meet more all over again if I could just get to the reunion! We are in all directions with the kids, I'm refereeing girls hs lacrosse, we're both maintaining the farm and it's equipment, and then my husband and I like to take time for ourselves. We drink bud light. But not now, I've got to get back to work. Maybe I can get to a now picture, but it'll be later. Gotta run. Have a great reunion! |

Occupation: Yoga Teacher
Website: www.kellywalsh.com Marital Status: Single From Kelly: Wilton was such a great place to grow up. I showed up in eighth grade, recently released from St. Philip's School in Norwalk where my family originates. In Wilton I was able to realize every girl's dream of owning a horse, and though I was shy in my new school, over the high school years I was able to make some amazing friends. I never knew what I wanted to be when I grew up so on my parents' insistence I went to college. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island in a semi-timely fashion (only 5 years with 2 transfers) with a BA degree in Communications and Broadcast Journalsim. This aptly prepared me of course for my careers as a teacher, a social worker, a singer/songwriter, a bartender, an esthetician and a yoga teacher (not necessarily in that order). I'm already plotting my next career as a dog trainer. I currently live on Block Island, RI where I co-own and teach at a yoga/pilates studio. My seasonal lifestyle means I get to travel often to exotic places every winter. Last winter I made a pilgrimage to India to study with the masters. It's been a privilege then and now to have the company of so many bright and talented classmates, I hope we all stay connected. Thank you to George and everyone who made the reunion happen, we really appreciate all the effort and detail that went into this. Most of my family migrated away from Connecticut to Rhode Island so I do not often get back to the Wilton area. If you find yourself on a trip to Block Island , please look me up!! |

Marital Status: Married
No. of Children: 1 From Greg: My parents and brother Ted still live in Wilton, my Mother Frances is a broker at William Raveis. My son Ethan usually spends a few weeks in the summer each year with my parents, so I hope he will have good memories of Wilton when he gets older, as do I. Right now I live in Golden, Colorado, with my wife Patty and son Ethan. I’ve attached a picture of my son and our dog Big Boy, Cheers to everyone in the Class! I feel like adding one of the cheesy quotes from 70s songs which are so prevalent in our 1981 yearbook: "I've been bad, I've been good, Dallas Texas, Hollywood, I ain't asking for much," from Tush by ZZ Top. |
